K.L. Alexander is from Toronto, Canada. At an early age, she enjoyed reading and began writing short stories that never seemed to leave the draft stage. However, after working in various library positions, she dedicated time to completing one of her stories. The Shadows’ Apprentice is her first novel. She continues to write other short stories and novels involving magic and fantasy.
